How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are ‘made-to-order’ to avoid over-production and waste so please allow the 2-3 week processing period to pass before reaching out regarding an order update.

What are the proper care instructions for apparel?

Turn the shirt inside out before washing. Wash in cold water with a mild detergent, hot water and harsh chemicals can cause the design to peel. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Do not bleach or dry clean. Do not iron directly over the design without a fabric cover as it could melt or burn the design.

Are you experiencing issues with apparel?

Leave your shirt at the front desk and have your educator reach out to us or you can send us an email (salonshopteam@gmail.com) with the issue and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible!

Why does my apparel look different than the website?

The pictures on our website are a ‘mockup’ of what the design will look like when printed on a shirt. Sizing of the design may vary. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive please send us a picture to our email (salonshopteam@gmail.com) and we will respond as soon as possible!
